All fees for our digital marketing services are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement. Payments must be made via the payment methods we provide.

Refunds

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Since our services are digital, refunds may be considered if you request them before using any of our services within 5 working days of purchase.
